Step 1 – Receiving
Once we receive your OA or RA inventory, we first count and then thoroughly inspect all products. We will update your Google Sheet with quantity of units and date received. If there is any damage, we will take any necessary photo(s) and promptly email the picture(s) to you.
Step 2 – Prepping
Once your items have been counted and passed a routine inspection, they will be carefully hand-prepped and then properly labeled for shipping – including FNSKU, Fragile, Suffocation warning, Ready to Ship and/or Do Not Separate labels. These processes are all done in accordance with the currently published Amazon guidelines and your active Shipping Plan.
Step 3 – Shipping
Prepping of items begins as soon as inventory is received. Therefore, we prefer to have Limited Access to your Amazon Seller Central Account and/or Inventory Lab. This enables us to accurately set up a Shipping Plan, print labels and quickly ship your products into Amazon. In accordance with that Shipment Plan, the inventory is boxed, labeled & shipped
